RIGH OF RETURN

It is our top priority to satisfy our customers and as a consumer you have the unconditional right of return within 14 days after receipt of the goods. After that, no cancellation of order will be accepted. If you decide to cancel the purchase agreement, you will have to send the product in return in its original packaging and with the deliverynote or invoice. If everything is correct, the amount of the product will be payed in the same way the purchase was made.

DERECHO DE DEVOLUCION

Es nuestra prioridad satisfacer a nuestros clientes. En su calidad de consumidor, Usted tiene el derecho a desistir del contrato de compraventa dentro del plazo de 15 días desde la fecha de recepción de su pedido. recorrido ese tiempo, no aceptaremos devoluciones. Para proceder al desistimiento del presente contrato, tiene que devolvernos el artículo en su embalaje original junto con la factura. Si todo está correcto, el importe del artículo le será reembolsado.
