This customer information and General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders placed on this Web Site. Placing an order with us indicates your acceptance of these terms and Conditions.
CONTRACT
This contract concerns the sale of Orquidea products on Internet and is between Perlas Orquidea, S.A. and an individual final purchaser. The resale of products purchased on our Internet Shop Online is strictly forbidden.
PRICES/PAYMENT
All prices are in EUR, VAT included. We, Perlas Orquidea, S.A. are not responsible for any possible taxes/fees that can be applied by the customs at destination. Invoices can only be issued in EUR. Payment can be done by Transfer or by credit card through Paypal
DELIVERY TIME
The average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. Perlas Orquidea, S.A. is not responsible for delivery delays during shipping.
RIGH OF RETURN / GUARANTEE
It is our top priority to satisfy our customers and as a consumer you have the unconditional right of return within 14 days after receipt of the goods. After that, no cancellation of order will be accepted. If you decide to cancel the purchase agreement, you will have to send the product in return in its original packaging and with the deliverynote or invoice. If everything is correct, the amount of the product will be payed in the same way the purchase was made.
All Orquidea Pearls are backed up with a 10 years International guarantee. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY PEARLS
- Clean your pearls regularly by wiping gently with a soft cloth. Pearls can absorb perfume and skin oils as well as dirt.
- Apply makeup and perfume first and allow to dry before putting on your pearls.
- To clear only if the pearls are extremely soiled, use a mild, non-detergent soap and lukewarm water. Let the pearls dry for several days in between soft towles before wearing. The silkthread on which the pearls are strung needs to be fully dry or the knots will stretch out and become fared.
- Store pearls separately in their own box or soft pouch. Keep them away from other jewellery. Allow them to breath, never close pearls up in an airtight container. A bank safe deposit box is not a good place to store the pearls.
- Protect pearls from extreme temperatures and chemicals such as vinegar, alcohol, ammonia and hair spray, which can erode their surface and destroy the luster and cause the nacre to flake off an peel.

PRECIOS / PAGOS
Todos los precios están en EUR, IVA incluído. Perlas Orquidea, S.A. no se hace responsable de cualquier tipo de impuesto que pueda surgir en aduanas en el destino. Todas las facturas serán emitidas en EUR. El pago puede efectuarse mediante Transferencia bancaria o con tarjeta de crédito a través del sistema Paypal.
PLAZO DE ENTREGA
El plazo de entrega se oscila entre 3 a 5 días laborables, dependiendo del país de destino. Perlas Orquidea, S.A. no se hacen responsable de posibles retrasos en el transporte.
DERECHO DE DEVOLUCION 7 GARANTÍA
En nuestra prioridad satisfacer a nuestros clientes. En su calidad de consumidor, Usted tiene el derecho a desistir del contrato de compraventa dentro del plazo de 15 días desde la fecha de recepción de su pedido. recorrido ese tiempo, no aceptaremos devoluciones. Para proceder al desistimiento del presente contrato, tiene que devolvernos el artículo en su embalaje original junto con la factura. Si todo está correcto, el importe del artículo le será reembolsado.
Todas las perlas Orquidea disfrutan de una Garantía Internacional de 10 años, siempre y cuando haya tratado las perlas como es debido de acuerdo con las intrucciones que detallamos a continuación. COMO CUIDAR DE MIS PERLAS
- Limpie las perlas regularmente con un paño seco y suave. Las perlas pueden absorber perfumes, aceites y suciedad.
- Aplique maquillaje y perfume y deje secar antes de ponerse las perlas.
- Para limpiar (solamente si las perlas están muy sucias). utilice un jabón neutro suave y agua templada. Deje las perlas secar durante varios días entre dos toallas suaves antes de ponérselas. Es necesario que el hilo de seda se seque bien para evitar que los nudos se aflojen y que el collar se estire.
-Guarde las perlas a parte, en su propio estuche o en una bolsa suave. No las guarde junto con otro tipo de joyería. Las perlas necesitan respirar, así que nunca se deben guardar dentro de una caja cerrada herméticamente. Una caja fuerte en un banco, no es un sitio adecuado, ya que el aire es demasiado seco.
- Proteja las perlas de temperaturas extremadamente altas y de productos químicos/ácidos como vinagre, alcohol, amoniaco y lacas, que pueden dañar la superficie, deteriorar el brillo y causar que el nácar se despegue.
