1 – ORDER PROCESS
Once you have chosen the article you wish to buy:
Place the product in your Shopping Cart by clicking on “ Add to Shopping Cart”. Placing a product in the Shopping Cart does not mean you are obliged to buy it! If you change your mind, you can remove it using the “Delete” button or editing the “Quantity” box. Whenever you wish you can view the contents of your Shopping Cart clicking on “Shopping Cart”.
When you are ready to complete your order:
Just click on “Checkout” and you will be directed to the order confirmation page. If you are a registered user, your existing details will be displayed. If you are not, you will be offered the possibility to register. Your personal details will be protected by a password. On the following page, you will see a summary of your order and shipping cost (if proceed), payment terms and the Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. Your order will not be processed until you have choosen Terms of Payment and clicked on the button “Pay”.
When you have confirmed your order:
You will receive an order confirmation by Email to the address you provided when placing the order. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email with the confirmation and the DHL tracking no.
Presentation and Gift Card
The product that you purchase will come presented as if it were a gift, including bag; Upon request, we can also send a personalized Gift card. In the latter case, you must specify the desired text when confirming your purchase.
2 - TERMS & CONDITIONS
This customer information and General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders placed on this Web Site. Placing an order with us, indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
A purchase made through our Shop Online is a transaction between Perlas Orquidea, S.A. and an individual final customer. The resale of products purchased on our Shop Online is strictly forbidden.
All prices are in EUR, VAT included. We Perlas Orquidea, S.A. are not responsible for any possible taxes/fees that can be applied by the customs at destination. Invoices can only be issued in EUR. Payment can be done by Transfer, by Credit card or through Paypal. All orders placed on our Shop Online are exempt from VAT refunds.
Shipping and delivery
Enjoy free shippping on orders above 100 EUR within EU and above 200 EUR for other destinations!! All shipments are sent by DHL Express Service and will be delivered directly to your door. For deliveries to Spain and EU countries, you can expect to receive your order in 24h. (during working days) and for other destinations, in no more than 72 h.except from Russia that takes about 5 days. Perlas Orquidea can not take the responsibility for delivery delays during shipping, nor due to delays in customs clearance for deliveries outside EU
The average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. Perlas Orquidea, S.A. is not responsible for delivery delays during shipping or possible delays in the customs clearance process for shipments outside EU.
Please note that your order can not be processed during our holidays, and the following days do not count as working days.

Caring for Pearls
Unlike diamonds, pearls are extremely sensitive gems. Follow this checklist and keep your pearls beautiful for many generations. In the case of cultured pearls some have been allowed less time to grow, resulting in a very thin surface of nacre. These pearls can get damaged easily and even loose their surface of nacre, leaving only the implanted bead.
The organic Orquidea pearls are more resistant to external agents and will last for decades following these instructions.
The surface of the pearls is porous, and require some special care. Make sure perfumes and hair spray have been applied before you put on your pearls. These chemicals will eventually discolour the surface of the pearl. After wearing them, wipe body oils off with a soft, dry cloth. Pearls should not be kept in a jewellery box where they can be rubbed by hard metal jewellery items, as this will harm the surface.
Clean your pearls regularly by wiping gently with a soft cloth. Pearls can absorb perfume and skin oils as well as dirt.
Apply makeup and perfume first and allow to dry before putting on your pearls.
To clean only if the pearls are extremely soiled, use a mild, non-detergent soap and lukewarm water. Let the pearls dry for several days between soft towels before wearing. The silk thread on which the pearls are strung needs to be fully dry or the knots will stretch out and become fared.
Store pearls separately in their own box or soft pouch. Keep them away from other jewellery. Allow them to breathe, never close pearls up in an airtight container. A bank safe deposit box is not a good place to store pearls, as the air is too dry.
Protect pearls from extreme temperatures and chemicals such as vinegar, alcohol, ammonia, and hair spray, which can erode their surface and destroy the luster and cause the nacre to flake off and peel.

So, in case you should not be 100% satisfied with your Orquidea Pearls, we offer you the right to return them unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days after purchase date and we will exchange, replace or refund them.

All Orquidea pearls are backed up with a 10 years International guarantee. Easy Return Service
It is our top priority to satisfy our customers. You are welcome to return any product bought in our Shop Online that did not live up to your expectations or if you want to exchange the product in another size or colour, within 14 days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after that time. The article should be sent back in the same condition as when you bought it and in its original packaging to the following address, but before you should inform us about the reason of devolution by Email to:firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the product is received and approved, we will refund the cost of the returned article (shipping cost excluded) to the same credit card that was used to make the purchase. You will receive a confirmation by Email, but please note that it can take a few days until the refund is shown on your account.
