Some cultured pearls have a very thin layer of nacre due to short cultivation periods. These pearls can be easily damaged, and the nacre surface can wear off, revealing the implanted core. Organic Orquidea pearls are more resistant to external agents and will last indefinitely if you follow these instructions. Pearl surfaces are porous and require special care. Always apply perfumes and hairsprays before wearing your pearls, as these products can affect their color. After wearing, use a soft, dry cloth to remove creams, makeup, and other substances that may have adhered to the surface. Avoid storing pearls alongside sharp or corrosive objects in your jewelry box, as they can scratch the surface.
Instructions: • Regularly clean your pearls with a soft, dry cloth. Pearls can absorb perfumes, oils, and dirt. • Apply makeup and perfume and allow them to dry before wearing your pearls. • For cleaning, if your pearls are very dirty, use a mild, neutral soap and lukewarm water. Lay the pearls between two soft towels and allow them to dry for several days before wearing. It's important to ensure that the silk thread is thoroughly dry to prevent loosening of knots and stretching of the necklace. • Store your pearls separately in their own case or a soft bag. Avoid storing them with other types of jewelry. Pearls need to breathe, so they should never be kept in an airtight container. Storing them in a safe deposit box at a bank is also not recommended, as the air there tends to be too dry. • Protect your pearls from extremely high temperatures and chemicals such as vinegar, alcohol, ammonia, and hairsprays, as they can damage the surface, diminish their luster, and cause the nacre to detach from the pearl.

If a product purchased from our online shop fails to meet your expectations, or if you wish to exchange it for a different size or color, you are welcome to return it within 14 days of purchase. We offer free shipping on orders above 100 EUR within the EU and above 200 EUR for other destinations. Shipments sent via DHL Express Service will be delivered directly to your door. For deliveries within Spain and EU countries, you can expect to receive your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends). For other destinations, delivery usually takes no more than 72 hours. Please note that orders to Russia can only be sent by Post, which may take up to 7 days for deliveries within Spain and the EU, and up to 15 days for shipments to other countries.
