How do I register?

To register in OrquideaShop access the Menu at the top of the page on a tablet or desktop computer or by pressing the Menu button on smartphones and choose the Register Now option (New client).

To register manuall

You can manually fill in the registration form with your personal details: name and surname, e.mail address and password. Once you have done this you will be able to access your file at any time and complete or modify your information.

To register via facebook
The easiest and fastest way to register is via your facebook account. You will need to have your facebook account open for this. Simply press Facebook login and follow the steps. We will only have access to your public profile information.

You can access the Social Media Privacy Policy at any time, and change your profile settings to guarantee privacy.

PERLAS ORQUIDEA S.A has access to the public profile information only, particularly your contact name. For more information see the section on Data Protection. This data will only be used within the social network and will not be added to any file.

How to login?

Once you've registered it is easy to access all your orders. Simply Log in to the User menu at the top of the page for tablet or desktop computer versions or by pressing on the menu button in the case of smartphone versions.

Normal login.
If you created your account by manually filling in your details, you can log in with your email and password.

Login via facebook.
If you are logged on to your facebook account, you can register and log in automatically. It's easy, simple and fast. You simply choose the option to login with facebook on the menu login and give permission to the application so we can access your email account and basic data info on your public profile. You will be automatically logged in so you can operate your account in OrquideaShop.

How do I modify my personal data?

You can modify your data at any time. To do this, sign in and access your user account. You can access and modify your registration, delivery and billing information and change your password. Please note that any changes will only apply as of your next purchase.

Do I need to register to make an order?

Yes, you must be registered and create a user account to make a purchase in our online store. You can access the online catalogue, search and see our deals without being registered, but when you want to make a purchase we will ask you to register to complete your order.

To make other orders in our online store, registration will make the buying process faster, besides all the associated benefits.
