How to check my order?

Once your order is completed you can check it at any time simply by logging in and clicking on  My Orders in your user menu. Here you will find all the information on your order; the date it was made, the items you bought, costs and payment
details, and we will also inform you of any changes to your order and possible incidents during transport. When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking code via e-mail. Home deliveries are made throughout Spain including the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands. Deliveries will be made during business hours at the address provided by the customer.

How do I find an article?

In the Main Menu
To find a particular product start in the main menu and select the category you are interested in. Once you have selected a category you'll see a list of filters with specific characteristics for each item group. This will make it very easy to find what you are looking for. In addition we classify all our items in a particular type of category, so for example, all necklaces  'For a special occasion' are grouped together. 

Via search engine

Our search engine looks for any of the hundreds of features used to classified our items. For example, you can look for:

necklaces for daily wear
bracelets for less than 70 €
rings with white pearls
etc ...

How do I choose an item?

To choose a product in our online store you simply choose the item, select the size and color you like and add it to your  shopping cart using the add to cart button. To see what products you have in your cart, place the cursor over the shopping cart button and all the items in your cart will flag up.  You can now go to checkout or continue shopping. Add as many items as you want to your shopping cart. Once you have chosen your favorite items  and added them to your cart, click on it to place your order. Don't wait too long to place an order as high-demand items can sell out despite having them in your basket and items are not reserved until your order is processed.
How do I cancel or modify my order?

 
Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without any justification. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify PEARLS ORQUIDEA S.A. (CTRA. Palma - Manacor Km 30 - 07230 MONTUIRI (MALLORCA) Phone 971 644 144 or info@perlasorquidea.com) your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (eg: a letter sent by mail, fax or email). You may use the standard withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal period it is sufficient that your correspondence concerning your right to withdrawal is sent before the deadline expiry date.

Effects of withdrawal
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs resulting from choices on your part for delivery other than the least expensive mode of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case not later than 30 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of its decision to withdraw from this contract.

We proceed to carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, will not incur any costs as a result of repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of repayment thereof, depending on what condition is met first.

You should return or deliver goods directly to PEARLS ORQUIDEA S.A. -CTRA. Palma - Manacor Km 30 - 07230 MONTUIRI (MALLORCA) without undue delay and in any case no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which we receive communication of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is considered to be met if you send back the goods before the period has ended.

You should bear all the direct costs of returning the goods. Only you will be responsible for any possible drop in value in terms of the nature, characteristics and functioning of said goods, as a result of unnecessary misshandling.
