How much does the delivery cost?

Enjoy free shipping on orders above 100 EUR within EU and above 200 EUR for other destinations! All shipments are sent by DHL Express Service and will be delivered directly to your door. For deliveries to Spain and EU countries, you can expect to receive your order in 24h. (during working days) and for other destinations, in no more than 72 h., orders to Russia can only be sent by Post.. Perlas Orquidea can not take the responsibility for delivery delays during shipping, nor due to delays in customs clearance for deliveries outside EU. 

How long does it take for you to deliver an item? 

The usual deadlines PEARLS ORQUIDEA deliveries will be TWO DAYS from the validation of the order Order management will always start after making full payment of the purchase price so that delivery dates always start counting from that date. If there was any problem on our part to prevent sending the package at this time, we will contact you to inform you. The maximum time limit for delivery is 30 days, set by default in the Act. 

How to track my order?

When your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email. Effects of withdrawal In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from a delivery option chosen by you which is not the least expensive mode of standard delivery that we offer) without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, we will not incur any costs as a result of repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of repayment thereof, depending on what condition is met first. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods back before the period has ended. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Only you will be responsible for any loss of value of said goods resulting from unnecessary misshandling and damage to the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In case of change: No changes can be made ONLINE, including changes in size or colour. To process them you will have to return the selected products and request a new order for the products you wish to purchase. The deadline to submit your return is 14 calendar days after receipt of order. The process to refund the amount for returned products is exactly the same as that of the returns process. Returned products must be delivered in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. You will not have to pay the shipping of the new order. 

Note: The cost of returns to Orquidea Pearls is borne by the customer. Orquidea Pearls will pay for shipping and delivery charges to return products back to the customer in the case of changes in size, model, etc.
